Building an Agent Assistant for Decision Making
Dr. Ronald Hartung

The Personal Access to Leadership project at Franklin
University is an experimental program to look at ways to
assist leaders and decision makers. The current ideaLab is a
knowledge based system to guide decision making. The first
prototype is under testing at this time. A brief video
showing future prospects for the ideaLab is included in the
presentation.

Dr. Ronald Hartung is the Chair of Computer Science at
Franklin University, Columbus, USA. He is the principal
investigator, building a knowledge based interactive agent
that collaboratively assists a user with leadership problems.
His other research interests are intelligent interactive
agents, biologically inspired artificial neural systems, and
natural language understanding. His industrial experience
includes natural language interfaces and multi-tier web
interface systems architecture.

Directions: Berwick Manor Restaurant and Party House is
located at 3250 Refugee Rd at the intersection with Winchester
Pike, Columbus 43232. From eastbound I-70, exit to US 33
toward Lancaster, turn left on Winchester Pike, and then left
again into the Berwick Manor parking lot.
